Lemon Butter is my hand down favourite thing. The blade makes it a little difficult to lick the bowl though.

So far I've tried :

Beef curry page 90,
Curried fish with coconut rice page 94,
Tray bake choc cake page 126,
Whole orange cake page 129,
Blueberry cheesecake icecream page 139( OMG! Amazing!)
..and trust me, you need this book. It is written with the Natura Thermochef in mind, but is easily converted for the Thermomix or Bellini.
The lovely author Kim McCosker, has very kindly given us a copy of "Thermostruck" to give away!

What impeccable timing - I have a kitchen assistant (thermomix) on it's way to me at the moment. So, sadly, I have limited cooking experiences at this point, but soon to be increasing. So far, it's "simple things" like custard that I am loving - kids can help and it's no trouble at all to come out silky smooth!
I love the beef stroganoff in my thermomix. Oh, and the mashed potato...sooo good! :)
Please don't make me pick a favourite. We love custard.
I love making custard for icecream! The icecream maker has gotten much more of a workout since the Thermomix arrived :)
I love making sweet things like muffins, desserts, etc but my two girls fav snack at the moment is cheesy mite scrolls - so easy and delicious especially with the thermomix!!! Kylie
I can only pick one thing?! Not possible. Love to make cupcakes and biscuits for the kids, jams, risotto, smoothies, sorbet, I could go on, LOL
